Hello to the CDN Community!
I recently joined the CDN team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). I am excited to be joining such an inspiring group - our staff, our sponsors and partners, and our student and member communities!
I am also thrilled to be part of this great effort to support young adults as they manage the exciting but challenging transition from high school into college and beyond, while also managing the diverse challenges of living with T1D. I have a close family member with T1D who will soon begin this journey, so it is especially meaningful to me! I look forward to helping reduce the burden of self-advocacy that our students bear...and helping them thrive throughout young adulthood.
My work before CDN has been in the for-profit world. I’ve worked across functions and industry sectors but my focus has been on creating the operational infrastructure that enables organizations to grow. Just as CDN works to help its student members reach their potential, my focus is to help CDN reach its potential by continuing to broaden our reach and impact.
While I’m a native Bostonian, I’ve worked in China, NYC and California and have traveled to assorted other locales (one of my favorite things to do!). I have a BA from Smith College and an MA from Harvard University.
Please feel free to reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
