Health insurance can seem like a daunting and confusing benefit to understand as a young adult, and it can be even more difficult when you factor in living with T1D. Join us on Facebook Live on Thursday August 13th at 2pm EST and learn about health insurance from a T1D perspective; hear from experts about how to select the best plan; learn basic definitions related to health insurance; and gain insight from professionals working in insurance and advocacy. If you have questions that you'd like to ask, please submit them ahead of time if possible to info@collegediabetesnetwork.org

Join The College Diabetes Network (CDN) for a special Facebook Live event co-hosted with David Arnold, AVP for Health, Safety, and Well-Being Initiatives at NASPA. We will be answering pressing questions about college landscapes this upcoming year and how this will impact the student experience. This fall, the college experience will not be traditional, so how do students get the most out of their time despite the obvious shifts in our society? Learn more about how students and families can work together with campus administration to ensure the best possible experience, especially those living with T1D. Come prepared with your questions about student life across campuses and learn how universities across the country are communicating with their students and continuing to adapt.
