University of Toronto CDN Chapter

University of Toronto
Located in Toronto, Ontario

Our chapter's first and foremost goal is to create a space for people with diabetes to connect and address the social needs created by this chronic illness. There's no better way to grow than to find community overcoming the same obstacles. We meet monthly, sometimes semi-monthly, to share stories and learn about advancements in diabetes research and technology. Join us to connect with other young adults in the Toronto diabetes community!

Top half of the photo says "Happy World Diabetes Day" in text on top of a blue circle. Bottom of the photo shows 5 young women in CDN T-shirts, posing with their insulin pumps.
