See you later, CDN summer intern Brett!

Working for CDN this past summer has truly been an incredible experience. The experiences I have had throughout the summer have helped me grow not only as a person but as a business professional as well. From visiting multiple different college campuses with CDN’s resources, to editing the new Chapter Handbook, to helping with the Newly Diagnosed guide, each of these experiences helped me grow as an individual.

At the beginning of summer, I had no idea what to expect. I was excited to be working in downtown Boston and experiencing what it is like to work in the city. Not only was working in the city awesome but working for an amazing organization with some awesome people was the best experience I could have ever asked for and I have made some great relationships throughout this journey!

Having the opportunity to work on the Newly Diagnosed guide was one of my favorite things I had the chance to do while working at CDN. Not only because it was something new for me, but it related to me personally as I was diagnosed at 17. It was great being able to add my own insight on things to better help with the design of it all.

Overall, this summer at CDN has been a wonderful experience! I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with such a great and impactful organization, along with some of the most amazing people! This is one of the best experiences I have had throughout my life.

This isn’t a goodbye, but thank you and see you later!
