Shumate obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and currently serves on their Board of Directors. He later earned his MBA from Florida Atlantic University. Shumate is married to his lovely wife Shana and they are the proud parents of twin boys Jackson and Chase.
