Biggest T1D struggle while in college: Managing stress-induced low and high blood sugars during busy times throughout the semester

Bio: Emily graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Coordinated Dietetics in May 2018. She was diagnosed with T1D on December 8, 2006. While in college, she co-founded the Purdue CDN Chapter: DiaBeat It. She knew that she wanted to work with people with diabetes in her professional career. She earned her licensing as registered dietitian in August of 2018 and is excited to continue working with individuals with T1D.
