AADE 2015 Conference Application Open
Interested in becoming a diabetes educator? Apply to attend the American Association of Diabetes Educators conference in August with the CDN team. CDN will provide you with flights, housing, a food stipend. Want to more about the conference before applying? Visit the conference website.

CDN's current Outreach Manager, Amanda Cedrone, will beleaving us in April. We're looking for someone to take her place.

  • Have you heard of Young and Type 1? Young and Type 1 is a group of young adults aged 18-35+ living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) in Canada who have joined together to share our stories, experiences, and lives. We are a volunteer organization and participate in a wide variety of activities including but not limited to mentoring, pub nights, fundraising for research, rock climbing, breakfast get-togethers, and numerous networking events. We always love meeting other T1Ds and look forward to meeting you all!
