 December 2014 Newsletter

Happy, happy holidays.

We are officially in the holiday season (also known as FINALS)! Good luck with studying, and shopping as the holidays approach.

With the countdown on until the New Year, we at CDN National have taken some time to look back on the past year...and the view is pretty amazing. We are in awe of our chapters, our student members, our partners, our leadership, and our many supporters. We exist to empower and improve the lives of young adults living with diabetes, bringing their voices to the rest of the community and diabetes sector- and with YOUR help we are. And yet, despite our excitement over the past year, it is nothing compared with our excitement as we look into 2015!

Thank you for supporting us this past year, and thank you for being part of our network as we continue to change the lives of young adults with diabetes.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Christina Roth, CEO and Founder

& The College Diabetes Network Team
