Nutrition

College is a tough time for staying healthy and dining halls can sometimes be difficult to navigate.

  • For those of you who are living on campus and are eating in dining halls, we suggest talking to the dining hall food services director and/or staff to discuss how to make the dining hall an easier for you to manage your diabetes while eating there.
  • Contact your Food Services using this template and begin the conversation today!

If you have any questions or tips to add to our nutrition section, please let us know: jtreitman@collegediabetesnetwork.org
